Deleting a session from the EBU

If you have the role "Club administrator" you are able to delete sessions that have already been uploaded to Pianola. When you do so, Pianola also deletes the session from the EBU's records if it has already been uploaded to them. 

The EBU prepares your club's monthly statement around a week after the end of each month. If you delete a game before your statement has been prepared by the EBU you should receive an accurate statement. Nevertheless, we recommend that you check your next statement carefully, just to make sure.

If you are deleting a game that has already appeared on a statement from the EBU you will need to contact them and request a credit - this will not happen automatically. Their number is 01296 317200.
