Viewing results from multiple clubs

If you play at more than one club that uses Pianola you can access your results from all of them using the same username and password.

Click on the 'Change club' link that's in the drop-down menu under your name (top right hand corner of the screen)



You will be taken to a page that shows all the clubs where Pianola has found a record for you. We do this by looking for records that have the same name and national bridge number (EBU, ACBL, ABF, SBU, etc) as the account you're logged into. If there is a club missing that you know uses Pianola, please email support@pianola.net so we can look into it for you.



The first section shows any clubs that you have verified membership of. To access any others you need to verify your membership. Click the 'Send verification PIN' button. Pianola will email a link to the address that club has on file for you.



Check your email for the PIN and enter it on this screen.

Once verified, you will be able to switch to this club and will not need to verify again.



If a club is showing as "no email address", please contact them to ask them to insert your email address in their records so we can send you a verification PIN.
