This article will help you if you have been informed by your club that you have marked one of their emails as spam and would like to reverse this action.
We have provided instructions here for AOL. We also have help articles for Yahoo and Hotmail. If you use a different email provider or would like more help, please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we'll do what we can.
When you have followed these instructions, please email email@example.com so we can lift the bar on your email address.
Reversing a spam report in AOL
Login to your AOL email account (https://mail.aol.com).
Firstly, look in the spam folder and see if you can find the email you marked as spam. If so, select it and click 'Not spam' button.
If you can't find the email, click on 'Contacts' and add the email address that your club uses to send emails.
