This article will help you if you have been informed by your club that you have marked one of their emails as spam and would like to reverse this action.

We have provided instructions here for Hotmail. We also have articles for AOL and Yahoo. If you use a different email provider or would like more help, please email us (support@pianola.net) and we'll do what we can.

When you have followed these instructions, please email support@pianola.net so we can lift the bar on your email address.

Reversing a spam report in Hotmail

Login to your Hotmail account (hotmail.com).

Look in the junk folder and see if you can find the email that you marked as junk. If so, select it and click the 'Not junk' button.

If you can't find the email, click on the cog icon in the top right-hand corner of the page and then click on 'Options'.

Click on 'Safe and Blocked Senders' and then choose 'Blocked senders'

Look for the email address of your bridge club and remove it from the list of blocked senders.

Then, go back to the previous screen and choose 'Safe senders'. On this screen, add the email address of your bridge club to the list of safe senders.
