If you get the following message when you are trying to add a new member, it means that this person has either:

• played at your club before and is listed as a visitor; or
• has been a member in the past but is now marked as 'left club'

To convert them from a visitor into a member, go to Admin > Members and change the filter to Visitors.

Search for the person you're trying to add and click on their name to view their record.

Click on the Edit button to unlock the record for editing.

Change their membership category from Visitor to Full Member (or whatever membership category is appropriate).

Click Save.
