Most of your club's members will just need access to their own results in Pianola. However, some of your members will also have extra responsibilities in your club; they may be a scorer, TD or committee member, for example.
You can grant extra permissions to specific individuals, according to their role.
Club administrators have full access to all the admin features of Pianola and can view and edit all records, send emails, create groups, run reports, upload results and change club settings.
Results uploaders can view members' records (but not edit them) and upload results.
To change a member's role
In the Admin area, go to the member's record and click on the 'Edit' link.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and choose which roles apply to this member. You can choose multiple roles for an individual member.
Then click the 'Save' button.
