When you upload results to Pianola, you will see a message saying that the results are "processing". This article explains what that means.


A number of processes have to be run when you upload results to Pianola:

 

  1. Check the data is valid
  2. Write the results to our database
  3. Match results to existing players in your records - or create a new player record if a match cannot be found
  4. Calculate the bidding accuracy and card play statistics for every player
  5. Create and send results by email to everyone with an email address


Pianola gives you a "processing" message until these steps are completed. Normally this message will clear itself within around 30 seconds. If you're still seeing the processing message after a few minutes, please email support@pianola.net to let us know so we can look into what's caused the delay.
