When you upload results to Pianola, you will see a message saying that the results are "processing". This article explains what that means.
A number of processes have to be run when you upload results to Pianola:
- Check the data is valid
- Write the results to our database
- Match results to existing players in your records - or create a new player record if a match cannot be found
- Calculate the bidding accuracy and card play statistics for every player
- Create and send results by email to everyone with an email address
Pianola gives you a "processing" message until these steps are completed. Normally this message will clear itself within around 30 seconds. If you're still seeing the processing message after a few minutes, please email support@pianola.net to let us know so we can look into what's caused the delay.
